El 69 Aniversario de la FMJD marca el inicio de la Campaña Internacional

En 1945 al concluir la guerra en contra del fascismo, varios movimientos antifascistas construyeron puentes de comunicación y cooperación para enfrentar al enemigo común. Esta cooperación de los movimientos y organizaciones se logró incluso antes de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, donde muchas otras organizaciones se sumaron de manera enérgica en la necesaria coordinación antifascista  y millones de jóvenes valoraron la necesidad de luchar desde sus posiciones en contra de todas las formas de destrucción de la vida. Así como la importancia de enfrentar el imperialismo, en su forma de fascismo u otras formas en contra de la explotación de los pueblos.

Desde su fundación, la Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática ha sido parte de las luchas en contra del imperialismo, junto a todas las organizaciones juveniles antimperialista de este mundo. La FMJD se comprometió a mantener esta posición hasta la desaparición el imperialismo, el fascismo, el colonialismo, la ocupación, las guerras, la explotación, la miseria de los jóvenes y los pueblos.

A lo largo de su historia,  la FMJD superó todos los desafíos que se oponían  nuestra lucha, hoy continuamos obteniendo éxitos y continuaremos trabajando bajo el espíritu del internacionalismo, la solidaridad y la amistad a través de nuestros festivales, misiones, solidaridad, folletos, revistas, declaraciones, afiches y muchas otras actividades. Hemos dado un ejemplo de lucha por nuestras causas comunes y hemos obtenido logros también a nivel internacional.

El 69 Aniversario de la FMJD marca el inicio de la Campaña Internacional Antimperialista de la FMJD que estará dedicada a los 70 años de la victoria en contra del fascismo, 70 años del lanzamiento de las bombas nucleares a las ciudades de Hiroshima y Nagasaki, también al 70 Aniversario de la FMJD. La campaña incluye todos los tipos de demostraciones como continuidad de la lucha antifascista, en contra de las guerras, la lucha antimperialista y el homenaje a todos los que han estado sacrificándose que  hoy no están entre nosotros. 

En siete décadas de nuestra lucha, el histórico mensaje sigue siendo el mismo “Nuestro objetivo y nuestro deber es derrotar al imperialismo”. La Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática se fundó para estar en acción y ser parte del presente y del futuro, enviamos este mensaje convocándolos unirse junto a nosotros en esta intensa campaña que divulgará las aspiraciones de la FMJD en todo el mundo.

La FMJD ratifica nuestro interés por  la paz, las transformaciones sociales y la solidaridad,  el fin de las ocupaciones, las guerras, la explotación, la privatización y la opresión. Queremos una educación libre y con calidad, derechos laborales que eleven los beneficios de los trabajadores, las clases populares y la distribución adecuada de la riqueza.

El Buró Coordinador de la FMJD llama a todos sus organizaciones miembros en el inicio de la campaña por el 70 Aniversario, desde el 10 noviembre del 2014 hasta 10 noviembre del 2015, que lo estaremos celebrando en el marco de la  Asamblea General que realizaremos en la Habana, Cuba. Estamos seguros que al final de esta campaña la FMJD estará políticamente fuerte para continuar la batalla con todos los medios posibles, con todas las fuerzas juveniles nacionales e internacionales que luchan a favor de los pueblos.

WFDYS 69th Anniversary marks the beginning of International Campaign

In 1945 during the Second World War, and the struggle against fascism, various anti-fascist movements build bridges of communication and cooperation in the face of the common enemy. Millions of youth saw the necessity of struggling, each from its position, against all forms of destruction of life. As well as the importance of facing imperialism, in the form of fascism or any other form, against exploitation of peoples.

Since then the World Federation of Democratic Youth chose the path of struggling against imperialism, alongside all the anti-imperialist youth organizations worldwide. Since then WFDY pledge to be in this position until the end of imperialism, fascism, colonization, occupation, war, exploitation, and misery of youth and peoples.

Throughout WFDY history, overcoming all the challenges obstructing our struggle, we succeeded in our continuity, and we will continue to work by the influence and spirit of international solidarity and friendship. Through our festivals, missions, solidarity, booklets, magazines, statements, posters, and various other activities, we have set an example of international common cause and struggle, and of international achievements. However, this history couldn’t be achieved without the support of WFDY members and partners; the support towards WFDY’s positions and activity for an international anti-imperialist font. 

The 69th anniversary of WFDY marks the beginning of the International Anti-imperialist Campaign of WFDY dedicated to the 70 Years since the people’s victory against fascism, the 70 years since the Nuclear Bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and finally the 70 years of WFDY. The campaign endorses all these landmarks demonstrating the continuity of the anti-fascist, anti -war and anti-imperialist struggle and to honor all those that came before us and sacrificed themselves to the struggle.

In the Seven decades of our struggle, the message of history remains the same! Our goal to overthrow imperialism is our duty. The World Federation of Democratic Youth was founded for every individual to take action and be part in his present and future. Together, with all members of WFDY, all partners, all volunteers, everyone who believed this Federation is capable of being the only international federation speaking on behalf of the progressive, anti-imperialist youth worldwide; WFDY will continue holding the aspiration of anti-imperialist youth.

WFDY want peace, social transformation, and solidarity. We want the end of occupation, war, intervention, exploitation, privatization, and oppression. On the other hand we want free quantitative education, working rights that insure the benefits of the working and popular class, and publication of the wealth.

The CC/HQ of WFDY calls all its member organizations on the initiation of the 70 years campaign, from November 2014 until November 2015. Wewill celebrate the ending of this campaign in the General Assembly in Havana, to initialize the upcoming period of WFDY. We are certain that will become politically stronger to continue struggling with all the possible means, and with all the national and international forces that fight in favor of peoples.
