FMJD : Solidarité avec la mobilisation populaire en Irak

La Fédération mondiale de la jeunesse démocratique salue les mouvements populaires qui ont eu lieu durant les semaines précédentes en Irak. Ce dernier exige une refonte du système en remettant en cause les institutions corrompues et génératrices d’injustices. La mobilisation s’attaque donc à l’injustice et à la corruption tout en affirmant l'unité du peuple irakien qui doit rejeter toutes les formes de répression, la pauvreté et les inégalités et qui doit chercher à construire un Etat civil dont la démocratie et la justice sociale en seront les bases. Affirmant que la responsabilité de la détérioration de la situation dans le pays appartient aux gouvernements successifs qui se sont consacrés à la corruption, au sectarisme et quotas ethniques. L'issue en est la chute du vaste territoire de l'Irak dans les mains de DAECH. Ces gouvernements ont conservé ce qui a été prévu par l'occupation américaine en Irak, un système basé sur la division et la fragmentation de l'Etat, cela tant au niveau politique que sécuritaire ou militaire.

Cela indique que les résultats de la lutte contre l'occupation et ses conséquences ne peuvent passer que par un état transnational qui unisse les gens et protège les richesses, ne reposant pas sur la marginalisation de la majorité des forces sociales et l’écrasement le bénéfice de ces derniers par la division et la logique sectaire et ethnique.

La Fédération mondiale de la jeunesse démocratique se tient debout au côté de la jeunesse et du peuple iraquiens dans leurs mouvements. Nous appelons à tous ses organisations membres a manifester leur solidarité avec la jeunesse et le peuple d’Irak.

English version :

The World Federation of Democratic Youth salutes the popular movements, occurring in the previous weeks in Iraq, demanding reformation in the system and questioning the corrupted and provision of services, as well as the rejection of injustice, the corruption, and on the same time expressing the unity of the Iraqi people rejecting all forms of repression, poverty and inequality and looking to build a civil state with democracy and social justice constructing its bases. Asserting that the responsibility for the deteriorating situation in the country belongs to the successive governments, that devoted corruption, sectarian and ethnic quotas. As well as led to the outcome of the fall of the vast territory of Iraqi in the hands of ISIS. Those governments kept on what was laid down by the USA occupation in Iraq, of a system based on division and fragmentation of the state on all the political, security and military levels.

It indicates that the results of the fight against the occupation and its consequences can only be through a transnational state that unite the people and protect the wealth, not being based on the marginalization of the majority of social forces and crushing the benefit of the few with its sectarian and ethnic division and logic.

The World Federation of Democratic Youth stresses on standing beside the youth and people of Iraq in their movements. Calling all its member organizations for solidarity with the youth and people of Iraq.

La Federación Mundial de Juventudes Democráticas saluda el movimiento popular que se movilizó semanas anteriores demandando reformas del sistema y cuestionando la corrupción y la influencia de servicios, también condenando la injusticia, la corrupción y al mismo tiempo expresando la unidad del Pueblo Iraquí condenando cualquier forma de represión, pobreza y desigualdades en la búsqueda de la construcción de un estado civil con democracia y justicia social desde sus bases. Reconociendo que la responsabilidad por el deterioro de la situación en el país es responsabilidad de los sucesivos gobiernos que generaron corrupción, sectarismo y problemas étnicos. Así mismo son responsables de la ocupación de un vasto territorio Iraquí en manos de ISIS. Todos estos gobiernos han mantenido bajo la ocupación de los Estados Unidos un sistema basado en la división y la fragmentación del estado, la política, la seguridad y el nivel militar.
Los resultados finales de la lucha en contra de la ocupación y sus consecuencias puede ser solo resuelto por un estado transnacional que pueda unir al pueblo y proteger tu riquezas, que no esté basado en la marginalización de la mayoría de las fuerzas sociales ni el control de los beneficios solo para un pequeño grupo sectaristas con divisiones étnicas y logísticas.
La Federación Mundial de Juventudes Democráticas estrecha nuestras manos y las levanta junto a la juventud y el Pueblo Iraquí y sus movimientos. Llamando a todas sus organizaciones miembros a mantener la solidaridad con la juventud y el Pueblo Iraquí.

يحيي إتحاد الشباب الديمقراطي العالمي التحركات الشعبية، التي تحدث في الأسابيع السابقة في العراق، المطالبة بإصلاح النظام ومحاسبة الفاسدين وتوفير الخدمات، والرافضة للظلم والفساد والمعبرة عن وحدة الصف العراقي الرافض لكل أشكال الكبت والفقر وعدم المساواة، والمتطلع إلى بناء دولة مدنية ركائزها الديمقراطية والعدالة الاجتماعية. مؤكدين أن المسؤول عن الوضع المتردي التي وصلت اليه البلاد هو الحكومات المتعاقبة التي كرست الفساد والمحاصصة الطائفية والأثنية، والتي كان بنتيجتها سقوط مساحات شاسعة من الأراضي العراقية بيد داعش . هذه الحكومات التي أبقت على ما أرساه الإحتلال الأميركي في العراق من نظام يقوم على التقسيم وتفتيت أجهزة الدولة بكل مستوياتها السياسية والأمنية والعسكرية.
ما يشير إلى أن محاربة نتائج الإحتلال وتبعاته لا يمكن أن تكون إلا عبر دولة وطنية توحد الشعب وتحمي ثرواته، لا تقوم على تهميش أغلب القوى الإجتماعية وسحقها لصالح القلة ومنطقها التقسيمي الطائيفي والعرقي.
ويشدد إتحاد الشباب الديمقراطي العالمي على وقوفه إلى جانب الشباب والشعب العراقي في تحركاته. داعيا جميع منظماته الأعضاء إلى التضامن مع الشباب والشعب العراقي.
